Dr. Khalil Harbie is a Board-Certified and licensed Ophthalmologist in Kentucky. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Harbie completed his ophthalmology residency training at the University of Virginia where he served as Chief Resident. He practiced ophthalmology in central Texas prior to moving to Kentucky with his wife. Dr. Harbie specializes in cataract surgery and is experienced with high technology implant options that correct astigmatism as well as distance, intermediate and near range vision. He offers combined cataract and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. He is also experienced providing comprehensive eye care for eyelid disorders, corneal diseases, diabetic retinopathy, macular diseases, and glaucoma. Dr. Harbie is passionate about using the merger of art and science in ophthalmology to positively impact his patients’ quality of life.
