After graduating from Mason County High School, Mason County, KY Dr. Bisotti attended Transylvania University. He then earned his Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University.

After graduating from the Indiana University School of Optometry, he completed an Optometric residency in Ocular Diseases with the University of Kentucky Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. He is a member of the Kentucky Optometric Association.
